Returns
We hope you love your order, but should you change your mind, you can return your item(s) to us, provided:

Items are returned within 14 days of the delivery date

Items must be unworn and in resaleable condition

Items must have all tags, boxes and bags attached/included
- The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer - we recommend using a tracked service. We are not liable for returns lost in the post.

You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
International returns
If you are returning goods from outside the UK please write on the customs declaration it is 'return of unwanted goods'. Any customs duties charged to us for returning the goods back will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Which items am I not able to return?
- Personalised/custom made products are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are made specifically for the customer.
- Earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
- Sale items are final and non-refundable. Items purchased with a discount code or voucher are still eligible for return.
