These custom pieces are made to order which means that there is a 2-6 weeks production time (this could be longer depending on disruptions, public holidays and demand) - once your order is ready we will then ship to your address. If you’re an international customer it may take longer to arrive.
If you order this product along with others pieces of jewellery, they will be shipped together when the custom piece is ready. Please keep this in mind if you wish to receive other items sooner, please place two separate orders.

2. Type in the desired name to the 'Add order notes' in the cart or at checkout. Do this exactly as you wish for it to appear no changes can be made once submitted (maximum 12 characters)
Refunds, exchanges and cancellations are not applicable with this item.
Once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

Most of our items are stainless steel with gold, silver or rose gold plating. Our stainless steel items are of the highest quality and are guaranteed tarnish free.
Some of our items are made from copper plated in gold, silver or rose gold. These are long lasting provided they are cared for in a proper manner.
To ensure you get the most longevity out of your jewellery, whether it is stainless steel or copper, please follow these guidelines:
- Keep away from moisture for long periods of time
- Remove before entering water
- Remove when sleeping
- To clean, use a damp cloth and buff dry
- Apply perfumes and lotions before wearing your jewellery
- When not in use, store jewellery out of direct sunlight
We will not be able to replace or refund items that have been damaged by the customer, it is the customers responsibility to care for their jewellery following our guidelines.
